Note these returns have an estimated turn around time of 2-4 weeks
How It Works
Drop off your documents at our Washington Ave office—no appointment needed.
Note that new clients must use the Walk-In service their first year due to IRS verification requirements.
Prepare Your ID: Have your identification ready for our staff if they are present, or ensure your contact info is current.
Complete the Profile Sheet: You must fill out the Profile Sheet and answer all questions completely. Even if your information hasn't changed, this is an annual IRS requirement. Providing this data upfront significantly expedites your return.
Organize Your Documents: Please remove all documents from their envelopes. Place your Profile Sheet and all tax forms into one of the manila envelopes conveniently located above the drop-off box inside our entry door.
Unprinted Documents? If you cannot print your documents, you must use the Drop-Off service (Same-Day service requires pre-printed forms). Note on your Profile Sheet that you are uploading documents to the Guest Portal and indicate the number of pages. You must upload these files by March 15th.
Submit: Place your sealed envelope in the drop-off box.
What Happens Next: We process returns in the order received. One of our preparers will call you to finalize your return and provide payment/signature instructions.
